PURPOSE: A slope compensating circuit is provided to generate a lamp signal and slope compensating current by using an oscillator. CONSTITUTION: An oscillator(310) produces a first clock signal comprising the reference frequency. A lamp signal generator(320) produces a lamp signal comprising the duty ratio more than 50% based on the first clock signal. A slope compensation signal generator(330) outputs the slope compensating current based on the lamp signal. The oscillator comprises the capacitor connected to a first node, and a first current generator supplying the first current to the first node. The oscillator comprises the first comparator outputting the first comparison signal and a second comparator outputting the second comparison signal. The oscillator comprises the RS flip-flop outputting the first clock signal and the first switch in which capacitor is charged or discharging the voltage of the charged capacitor.
