<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium to be used for recording/reproducing digital video information, and an information reproducing method, an information recording method, and an information reproducing device using the medium. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the information storage medium, an AV file, cell time information, and PGC information are recorded in different regions. Cell time information includes a time code table relating to a video object. Data in the same location in a video object can be redundantly reproduced in different cells in different PGC. A unit of an address managed in control information to which cell time information and PGC information belong is different from a unit of an AV address defined in the AV file. Information relating to the sampling frequency of an audio signal is included in the cell time information.
