<p>PURPOSE: A flat type monitor supporting device is provided to install flat type monitor such as PDP(Plasma Display Panel) TV and LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) TV to supporting surface in a stand type, thereby performing change of a posture in up and down and left and right direction. CONSTITUTION: A fixing unit is combined behind of a monitor(1). The fixing unit has a flat type fixed panel, one pair of guide brackets(22) in front of the fixed panel and a plurality of fastening members(23). The plurality of fastening members is installed movably to the guide bracket. A base member(10) is putted on a support surface. A pillar beam(30) is installed to be possible to rotate considering the base member. A first driving unit(40) drives the pillar beam to be possible to rotate about the base member. The second driving unit(50) rotates the fixed unit up and down considering the pillar beam.</p>
