<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dentifrice composition which stably contains dextranase without losing its enzyme activity over a long period of time, is excellent in foamability and sense of use and exhibits little unusual taste and bitterness so as to offer refreshing sensation after use. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The dentifrice composition comprises (A) dextranase, (B) sodium chondroitin sulfate and (C) coconut oil fatty acid amidopropyl betaine, wherein the amounts of (B) sodium chondroitin sulfate and (C) coconut oil fatty acid amidopropyl betaine compounded in the dentifrice composition are 0.1-3.0 mass% and 0.1-1.0 mass%, respectively, and the mass ratio of component (C) to component (B) is 0.1-3.0.
