PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to minimize vibration transferred to a bottom cover. CONSTITUTION: A backlight unit includes a plurality of lamps and an optical sheet. A bottom cover receives a liquid crystal panel and the backlight unit. The first and second balance printed circuit boards(124b) include a plurality of common electrodes and a screw fastening hole(132). Into the screw fastening hole, a screw for being bonded with the bottom cover is inserted. On the rear side of the first and second balance printed circuit boards, an open hole(134) is formed.
