<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter control device that protects the circuit of all inverters even if the interruption signal for the inverter is activated accidentally by disconnection, or the like, in the rotary electric machine drive device with an inverter which drives a rotary electric machine such as a hybrid vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: When the fail signal FE1 or FE2 of either an inverter 2 or 3 is activated, the inverter control device 4 activates the interruption signal for the inverter other than the inverter of which the fail signal is activated simultaneously with activation of the interruption signal DWN1 or DWN2 for the inverter of which the fail signal is activated, so that the gates of both inverters 2 and 3 are interrupted simultaneously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
