IMAGE FORMING METHOD, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS AND PROCESS CARTRIDGE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, attaining stable and favorable image quality without occurrence of image unevenness and cleaning failure while preventing the generation of squeaking and chatter due to vibration and resonance sound of a photoreceptor.

SOLUTION: A developer used is non-magnetic single component toner to which wax is internally added. A universal hardness on the surface of a photoreceptor drum 1 is 150-175 N/m2and the elastic deformation rate is 30-42%. Image formation is performed in such a state that the contact pressure between an elastic body blade 11a of a cleaning device 10 and a photoreceptor drum 1 is 30-50 N/m, and an angle θ formed between the elastic body blade 11a and a tangent S of the photoreceptor drum 1 at a contact of the elastic body blade 11a with the photoreceptor drum 1 is 13-17°.
