<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turnover part-attached garment the turnover part of which functions as a mark for turnover so that a turnover position is identical each time and primarily decided in good order, which causes no irregular folded lines or bulkiness, is designed so as to prevent the folded line part from sliding up or down or the like so as to always maintain the turnover condition in good order, and is free from worn-out of shape even due to wearer's movement when worn. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The turnover part-attached garment 1 includes a cylindrical part 2 the length of which is adjustable in accordance with the turnover. The cylindrical part 2 is formed of warp knitting fabric or weft knitting fabric. In the garment, a part 5 having the coarse density of knitting yarns is formed at the cylindrical part 2 along the peripheral direction of the cylindrical part 2 in double lines into a thin circular state, a part 6 having the thick density of knitting yarns is formed between the two lines of the part 5 with the coarse density of the knitting yarns, and a turnover part 7 is composed of the double-lined part 5 with the coarse density of the knitting yarns and the part 6 with the thick density of the knitting yarns between the double lines.
