<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition that is excellent environmentally, as the composition uses no bromine- or chlorine-containing conventional flame-retardant and no phosphorus flame-retardant, and furthermore, holds excellent flame-retardance and high optical reflection, has excellent flowability and good impact strength, and is suitable for use in a liquid crystal frame or an optical reflection plate for a lamp holder, etc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition excellent in optical reflection includes a polycarbonate resin (A), titanium oxide (B), a silicone compound (C), a polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer (D), an organic metal salt (E), a fiber-forming fluorine-containing polymer (F), a flowability improver (G), and optionally fluorescent whitening agent (H).
