摘要 PURPOSE: A steel pipe composite girder for a bridge and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the durability and to reduce the steel material use amount. CONSTITUTION: A steel pipe composite girder for a bridge comprises a steel pipe with a variable cross section(200), a concrete charge unit(210) and a T-shaped rib(220). The steel pipe with a variable cross section is integrally connected with a circular steel pipe. The steel pipe with a variable cross section is installed in the support section in which the top tension of the bridge is created. The concrete charge unit is divided in the inner space part of the steel pipe with a variable cross section separation by a supporting plate. The concrete charge unit is composed in order to charge the concrete in the lower part. The T-shaped rib is installed in the inner-upper field of the steel pipe with a variable cross section coping with the concrete charge unit.
