PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the disclosure of concept remains closed about temperature rise in a display unit, and that subliminal effect is not utilized in adjusting users' sensible temperature, in the frame rate conversion technique. SOLUTION: A video-processing apparatus is equipped with a cold-warm color producing processor 102 for producing a cold-warm color frame, and an interpolating frame 100 for producing the interpolating frame of a display signal.
