PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route guide system, a route guide method, an information providing device, and a route guide device, capable of guiding a route accurately. SOLUTION: A determination server 14 sets an intersection point between a traveling locus of a vehicle and an existing road as a crossing candidate, and counts the number of passing times of the vehicle in each combination of an entry link and a withdrawal link relative to each crossing candidate, The determination server 14 determines that a crossing candidate having a plurality of withdrawal links to an entry link or a plurality of entry links to a withdrawal link is a crossing, and registers data of the traveling locus of the vehicle into a map database 13 as new road information.
