PURPOSE: An adiabatic frame and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remarkably reduce manufacturing costs by simplifying manufacturing processes, and to improve shock-resistance and soundproof properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an adiabatic frame is as follows. A frame member(510) is manufactured. A housing space(520) is formed by an upper wall(512), both side walls(514), a lower wall(516), and a hollow wall(518), and is filled with insulating resin. One or more protrusion pieces are formed on the outer surface of the hollow wall. The insulating resin is hardened. A part of the lower wall is cut. |
