METHOD OF CULTIVATION OF PORIA COCOS ON THE GROUND AND INDOOR

PURPOSE: A ground cultivation method of Poria cocos inside facility such as a general mushroom cultivation house is provided to produce clean Poria cocos through a spawn culturing process, a sclerotia formation process, a growing and a harvesting process. CONSTITUTION: A ground cultivation method of a Poria cocos inside facility such as a general mushroom cultivation house comprises the following steps: cutting different kinds of wood to 20 ~ 30 cm; inoculating germ to the wood in a plastic bag; cultivating the Poria cocos germ in the plastic bag; maintaining a property temperature and humidity for the Poria cocos; cultivating Wolfiporia cocos and Hoelen cum Radix; and harvesting the Poria cocos.
