PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce delay time and delay fluctuation by adjusting input timing of voice data according to frame timing. SOLUTION: The IP phone wireless communication device includes: a radio terminal device configured to set at least one connection with a radio base station connected via a radio link, and execute wireless communication with the radio base station using the set connection; and an IP phone adapter configured to convert an input voice signal to transmission data by executing signal processing of an IP phone and transmitting the transmission data to the radio terminal device. In the IP phone wireless communication device, the radio terminal device includes a means for acquiring information on a frame cycle managed by the radio base station to be reported to the IP phone adapter; and the IP phone adapter includes a means for obtaining timing at which the radio terminal device starts a data transmission process based on the frame cycle, and adjusting transmission data generation timing for generating transmission data so that the transmission data are input to the radio terminal device immediately before the above timing.
