<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a storage battery built in a portable power supply device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The portable power supply device 100 has a case 102 having an opening at least on one side and an outer package part constituted of a lid 104 to seal the opening. The storage battery 120 housed inside the case 102 is installed on an electronic board 112 housed in the case 102 and nearly pillar-shape spacers 118 which are arranged on the electronic board 112 and of which at least one part has elasticity, and is fixed by such elasticity. A buffer material 124 which is stuck on a pressing plate 108 to pinch the storage battery 120 between a wall face of the case 102, a buffer material 126 which is stuck on the inside of the lid 104, and a buffer material 122 which is stuck on the inside the wall face are provided so as to contact the storage battery 120, and as the lid 104 is fixed to the case 102, the storage battery 120 is fixed to the case 102 in three axial directions.
