PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device utilizing geothermal heat, capable of performing dehumidification without excessively lowering indoor temperature. SOLUTION: This air conditioning device includes: a buried flow channel 30 opened outdoors at its opening end 31 of one side, having an intermediate part 32 buried in the ground, and drawn indoors at its opening end 33 of the other side; and a dehumidifying unit 40 disposed indoors. The dehumidifying unit 40 includes: a dehumidification-side flow channel 40a connected with the opening end 33, and supplying the mixed air of the outside air OA, introduced from the buried flow channel 30, and the return air RA indoors; a regeneration-side flow channel 40b opened outdoors and indoors at its opening end of one side and an opening end of the other side, respectively, and discharging the indoor air outdoors; a dehumidifying rotor 42 disposed over the dehumidification-side flow channel 40a and the regeneration-side flow channel 40b, and holding an adsorbent for adsorbing the moisture from the mixed air passing through the dehumidification-side flow channel 40a; and a regeneration heat exchanger 51 disposed in the regeneration-side flow channel 40b, and heating the adsorbent to release the moisture adsorbed by the adsorbent.
