<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems such that it is difficult to neatly peel tapes by a conventional tape peeling machine, therefore, the remnant of a tape causes a drill to break and a hole burr causes poor drilling to occur on a reused backup board, and when using the tape peeling machine with only an upper blade to peel the remnant of a tape on the backup board after manually peeling the tape, surplus tape remaining on the backup board side gets curled to stick to the backup board again. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The present invention prevents remnants in peeling a tape while imposing a pressure with an adhesive tape peeling blade and solves the problems by providing the same mechanism at the upper and lower portions.
