PURPOSE: A method of solving a traffic jam at joining point of vehicles is provided to solve the traffic congestion at a joining point by managing a signal system to reducing the traffic flow of waiting vehicle. CONSTITUTION: In a method of solving a traffic jam at joining point of vehicles when vehicles exiting for a tunnel are stopped and a usage of the high-level road through a general lane is prohibited, the system operates a signal system to reducing vehicle waiting for the traffic lamp(4) of general lane under the overpass. If congestion of the lane for the tunnel exiting vehicles is solved, the system operates the signal system to allow the vehicle to use the overpass through the general lane. |
