PURPOSE: If a portable terminal is separated from a hands-free kit module, a portable phone theft prevention unit is provided to prevent interception of the portable terminal in advance by generating theft warning automatically according to matching of a count timing value and a set value. CONSTITUTION: If a portable terminal is installed to a hands-free kit module, a portable phone theft prevention unit initializes a hands-free system. If the portable terminal is separated from the hands-free kit module, the portable phone theft prevention unit locks the portable terminal. If a password is not inputted, the portable phone theft prevention unit executes timing count up. In case of arriving to a timing count value and a registered count value, the portable phone theft prevention unit generates alarm after progress of set time.
