PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation control actuator for a valve efficiently transmitting the rotating torque of high-output at a large reduction ratio, maintaining compactness thereof, by preventing internal parts from being projected when transmitting power. SOLUTION: This actuator for a valve includes: an eccentric body 30 to be eccentrically rotated by a motor 23; an external gear 31 to be rotated by eccentric rotation of the eccentric body 30; and a reduction gear mechanism 25 which outputs a rotation component of the external gear 31 to an output shaft 27 from a carrier part 33 through an inner pin 32 provided in the external gear 31. In this case, a base part 29 of the output shaft 27 is made to pass through the eccentric body 30, and an auxiliary flange 44 is arranged to be fitted to the eccentric body 30, and an upper part of the inner pin 32 is fixed to the auxiliary flange 44, and a lower part of the inner pin 32 is fixed to the carrier part 33 to form the inner pin 32 into the straddle mounted structure.
