Provided is a non-contact power transmission device including an AC power source, a resonance system, and a load.  The resonance system has a primary coil connected to the AC power source, a primary side resonance coil, a secondary side resonance coil, and a secondary coil connected to the load.  When the relationship between the input impedance of the resonance system and the frequency of the AC voltage of the AC power source is graphed, the frequency of the AC voltage of the AC power source is set between a first frequency at which the input impedance becomes maximum and a second frequency which is higher than the first frequency and at which the input impedance becomes minimum.
