PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical feeder capable of obtaining aromatic and cleaning effects even when the feeder is mounted inclining with respect to a rim. SOLUTION: The chemical feeder mounted to the rim of a toilet bowl includes: a chemical container that stores a chemical and has a discharge port of the chemical; a chemical discharge mechanism connected to the discharge port to lead the chemical in the chemical container to the outside; a support member for supporting the chemical discharged from the chemical discharge mechanism so that the chemical can be in contact with flowing water that flows in the toilet bowl; a suspension member for suspending the chemical container, the chemical discharge mechanism and the support member from the rim of the toilet bowl. The chemical discharge mechanism is opened toward the support member, and has an outflow hole for discharging the chemical. The support member is formed with at least one through hole facing outside, near a position off a point directly under the outflow port or on the opposite side to the rim from that position.
