<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably generate a compensation signal for compensating quality of a signal of multiple channels, while suppressing increase in a computational quantity due to increase in the number of channels. <P>SOLUTION: A voice signal output device 1A includes: a multiple channel voice signal holding section 101 for holding the multiple channel voice signal for a predetermined period; a quality control section 102 for determining whether the multiple channel voice signal is degraded; a correlation detection section 103 for detecting correlation between each channel from the multi channel voice signal, when it is determined that the multiple channel voice signal is degraded; a compensation signal generating method determination section 104 for determining a method of generating the compensation signal based on correlation detection results; a compensation signal generation section 105 for generating the compensation signal based on the determined generating method; and a signal output section 106 which outputs the generated compensation signal, and which outputs the multiple channel voice signals, when it is determined that the multiple channel voice signal is not degraded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
