The degradation of a Q value caused by thermo-elastic effect is suppressed. The first depth (d1) of a first groove portion (15) and the second depth (d2) of a second groove portion (16) are smaller than the distance between a surface including a third surface (13) and a surface including a fourth surface (14), so that the first groove portion (15) and the second groove portion (16) do not penetrate between the surface including the third surface (13) and the surface including the fourth surface (14).  Furthermore, the sum of the first depth (d1) of the first groove portion (15) and the second depth (d2) of the second groove portion (16) is larger than the distance between the third surface (13) and the fourth surface (14), so that a heat transfer path cannot be formed into a straight line between a first stretching portion (17) (a first surface (11)) and a second stretching portion (18) (a second surface (12)).  In this way, the heat transfer path between the first stretching portion (17) (the first surface (11)) and the second stretching portion (18) (the second surface (12)) can be lengthened by bypassing the first groove portion (15) and the second groove portion (16).
