<p>An X-ray plane detector (3) provided to a radiation imaging apparatus has a first switching part (13) which mutually connects or disconnects data lines for reading charge signals, so that X-ray imaging can be carried out by selecting pixel addition mode or normal imaging mode. Moreover, a second switch part (14) is provided between the data lines and voltage signal detection parts (23), so that whenever a gate line is selected, charge detection amplifier circuits (24) and signal amplifier circuits (26) in the voltage signal detection parts (23) can be initialized alternately. As a result, while the charge amplifier circuits (24) and the signal amplifier circuits (26) can be initialized sufficiently, an X-ray detection signal can be read speedily.</p> |
