摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell separator capable of providing a fuel cell with a groove bottom part of the gas flow channel endowed with high hydrophilicity to an extent free from being occluded by water produced by power generation of the fuel cell, with a contact part of an electrode excellent in hydrophilicity, and exerting stable power generating efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: Of the fuel cell separator which is obtained by applying an air-blast or wet-blast treatment and then a remote-system normal pressure glow discharge plasma treatment on the surface as a whole with the grooves formed in a mold body having a plurality of the grooves to be gas flow channels at least on one face and which is used by being laminated with the electrode, a static contact angle on the surface of the bottom part of the groove to be a gas flow channel and a static contact angle of a contact part with the electrode on the same face as the one on which the groove is formed are to be 10 to 70&deg;, respectively, and an absolute value of a difference of these static contact angles are to be within 10&deg;. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
