<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a prescription check processing at high speed, suppressing a record count memorized to a memory means. <P>SOLUTION: A prescription checking device has a memory device 3 which stores a disease name code which consists of a combination of a ICD code and an auxiliary code on one record, a ICD subtable in which a subcode for associating other disease name code to the disease name code is stored and a ICD sublink table in which the subcode and a drug code related with this subcode are stored, and a control arrangement 4 which refers to the ICD subtable memorized to the memory device 3 based on the disease name code contained in a prescription data, specifies the drug code with referencing to the ICD sublink table memorized to the memory device 3 based on this subcode by specifying the subcode, and determines whether the drug code of prescription data is proper by comparing with the drug code contained in the prescription data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
