MANUFACTURING METHODS AND DEVICES OF HIGH PURITY CALCIUM POWDER WITH THE SHELL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing high purity calcium powder using shells and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to solve a problem about salt generated in a process of recycling waste shells without washing process and to prevent environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing high purity calcium powder comprises the following steps: a step(S10) which assorts waste shells and dividing the shells; a step(S40) which throwing the selected shells in a firing furnace and plasticizing the waste shells; a step(S50) pulverizing the plasticized shell powder using 100 ~ 400 mesh; a step(S60) manufacturing calcium compound by hydrating the pulverized shell powder; a step(S70) concentrating the manufactured calcium compound; a step(S80) drying the concentrated calcium compound; and a step(S90) shattering the concentration calcium compound into a nanoparticle.
