PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection tool for consumption of a power feed tip capable of determining the time for exchanging a power feed tip. SOLUTION: In the inspection tool for consumption of a power feed tip, a power feed tip with a vertical slit formed is installed between a tip body and a tip holder, pressurized to the tip holder by a spring force, and used for a welding torch for feeding power to a welding wire. The tool body is attached to the tip end of the tip body, and a housing hole at the tip end of the power feed tip is formed in the tool body, the tip end of a check pin is inserted in a wire insertion hole, wherein a spring for the check pin generates a spring force in a direction pulling out the check pin from the wire insertion hole. The diameter of the check pin and the spring force of the spring for the check pin are set so that, when the pressurization of the check pin is released, and if the check pin is pulled out from the wire insertion hole, the power feed tip has reached the time to be exchanged.
