Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method of producing the aluminum material for the electrolytic capacitor electrode includes removing the surface layer of the aluminum material subjected to cold rolling in an amount of 5-200 nm per side, bringing the material into contact with a phosphorus-containing acid aqueous solution, and then annealing it.
