<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the center of gravity to improve installation stability in regard to a heat insulating box including foamed polyurethane resin in a space formed between an outer box and an inner box. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The heat insulating box 101 includes a heat insulating material in the space formed between the outer box 102 and the inner box 103, and the heat insulating material comprises: a first heat insulating material 104 provided on the upper side of the space; and a second heat insulating material 105 provided on the lower side of the space. Since the first heat insulating material 104 has density lower than that of the second heat insulating material 105, the heat insulating box body 101 has the gravity center in a lower position, compared to a heat insulating box having heat insulating materials with the same density.
