<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus capable of increasing variation of illumination colors in operation keys with an inexpensive and simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The portable electronic apparatus includes: an operation pad 8 having operation keys 7; a printed circuit board 12 with a circuit pattern of the operation keys 7 formed thereon; an illumination part 23 having LEDs 19 mounted on the printed circuit board 12 and illuminating the operation pad 8; and an illumination color change sheet 16 arranged between the operation pad 8 and the illumination part 23, and having an arrangement pattern of color materials 25 corresponding to the operation keys 7.
