PURPOSE: A cooling rubber belt capable of reducing the frictional heat is provided to prevent the reduction of elasticity due to the frictional heat by employing reagent processing and carbon fiber in manufacture. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cooling rubber belt capable of reducing the frictional heat is as follows. A groove is formed in the middle part of a belt made out of carbon fiber. An endothermic reagent and a catalyst reagent are processed in order of solid-liquid-solid and coated on the belt. Rubber is coated on the belt.
