PURPOSE: A prefabricated panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the panel from being bent or twisted even if humidity or temperature is changed. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated panel(100) comprises an upper plate(110), a lower plate(120), and a joint(106). The upper plate and the lower plate are coupled. The joint is formed in the edge of the upper and lower plates, and connects or separates panels. A joint protrusion(102) and a joint groove(104) are formed in the edge of the joint to be each other symmetrical.
