<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating method of a gas and a heating device of the gas capable of directly supplying water from tap water, and stably supplying the superheated steam having accurately-controlled flow rate and temperature. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A saturated-steam generator 4 disposed in adjacent to an operating section 7 incorporating a calculating section, having a flow rate control unit 3 connected with a tap water line 1 and controlling the water supply amount, and incorporating an electric heater, a superheated-steam generator 5 incorporating an electric heater, and a superheated-steam temperature measuring means 6 are communicated by pipes optimum for the fluid passing therethrough. The amount of water supplied to the saturated-steam generator 4 is calculated on the basis of the superheated-steam temperature measuring means 6 at an outlet of the superheated-steam generator, and feedback-controlled to the flow rate control unit 3. Simultaneously, the necessary superheated-steam temperature can be accurately generated by performing backup control corresponding to the amount of electric power supplied to the electric heaters of the saturated-steam generator 4 and the superheated-steam generator 5.
