<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device and a display device, increasing an elastic modulus for bending of a support body which supports a light source and becomes almost flat, and suppressing rising of the temperature of a circuit board which a stage plate supports. <P>SOLUTION: Two reinforcing rods 6 and 6 reinforcing a plate part 31 are attached, at isolated positions, on the other surface of the plate part 31 of a support body 3 including the almost square plate part 31 supporting a light source by one surface. A stage plate 8 which supports a circuit board by one surface and is supported by the other surface of the plate part 31, is attached to the two reinforcing rods 6 and 6, with the other surface being away from the plate part 31 between the reinforcing rods 6 and 6 of the plate part 31. Thus, the heat generated by emission of the light source is prevented from being directly transmitted from the plate part 31 to the stage plate 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
