PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent fixability, and to suppress aggregation of a toner. SOLUTION: A toner for flash fixing is provided, comprising at least a binder resin and an IR-ray absorbent, and is characterized in that when the average circularities of the toner particles having a particle diameter of 2 μm or more and less than 5 μm and having a particle diameter of 5 μm or more, measured by a flow-system particle image analyzer, are denoted by c1 and c2, respectively, c1 ranges from 0.70 to 0.90 and the ratio c1/c2 ranges from 0.75 to 0.97.
