<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly stable lipophilic vitamin and/or lipophilic dye-containing powder, which is prevented from deterioration of its quality due to deterioration of the lipophilic vitamin or lipophilic dye. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lipophilic vitamin and/or lipophilic dye-containing powder comprises a porous powder impregnated with oils and fats in which a lipophilic vitamin and/or a lipophilic dye is dissolved or suspended, and a coating layer. The coating layer comprises an edible water-blocking material having an octanol/water distribution coefficient of 4.5 or more, and an edible oxygen-blocking material having an oxygen permeation coefficient of 1.0×10<SP>-1</SP>to 1.0×10<SP>-10</SP>((cm<SP>3</SP>×m)/(m<SP>2</SP>×24 h×atm)).
