<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable wiring structure of a vehicle seat capable of wiring a cable at an adequate position while eliminating slackness of the cable as much as possible when the seat is inclined backwardly by a simple constitution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cable 10 arranged along a side surface of a frame 6F of a seatback 6 is wired on a seat cushion 4 side across a turning device 22 while passing the cable through a hole part 44 of a stopper member 40.
