<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal, a radio communication system and an operation control program by which packet cost and time required for download (DL) can be reduced and rich contents can appropriately be circulated, and to provide a recording medium in which the program is recorded. <P>SOLUTION: An information distribution system is provided with an information distribution service server 4 which distributes information and a same ortable telephone 10 which is connected to at least any one of a global network using a carrier network 2 and a local network utilizing Bluetooth (R) other than the carrier network 2 and acquires the information by using the global network or the local network from the information distribution service server 4 and accesses the local network and a control part 81 of a service server 80 accesses the local network by utilizing the Bluetooth (R) when quantity of the information to be distributed from the information distribution service server 4 exceeds a prescribed reference value by using a charging data base 84. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
