PURPOSE: An automatic powder distributor is provided to easily decide a size and a shape of a waveform roller groove, to always spray fixed quantity, and to enable uniform spray by automatically controlling a rotation speed of a speed reduction motor connected to an inverter. CONSTITUTION: An automatic powder distributor comprises: a hopper(2) of a triangle type in which a scattered powder puts; a main body frame(1) which is installed at the front and rear sides of the hopper to support the hopper; a circular roller(5) which is rotatably installed on the lower part of the hopper and in which a plurality of holes are included; an up and down controller(4) which is installed in the main body frame and move the hopper up and down; an inverter(8) which is a power supply unit and is installed on the outside of the main body frame and changes a frequency; a roller bearing(6) installed between the inverter and the roller; and a speed reduction motor(7) installed on the outside of the inverter. |
