A compound represented by the formula (I), an optically active isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutical acceptable salt thereof: wherein Rrepresents methyl; Rrepresents a hydrogen atom; Rwherein q is 1 and Ris fluorine atom substituting on 3 -position of the pyridine group, Rrepresents a group represented by the formula (II), wherein A represents (C-C)-aryl or heterocycle; Rand Rare cited in the specification, X represents oxygen or NH which are tau protein kinase 1 inhibitors. The invention also relates to the use of said compounds for preparing medicaments for the treatment or prophylaxis of a disease neurodegenerative diseases (e.g. Alzheimer disease).
