<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous cosmetic for correcting skin unevennesses which is capable of correcting by filling-up effect sizable skin unevennesses hard to correct with existing makeup cosmetic, furthermore is, excellent in spreadability, is free from roughness and tense feeling, and is excellent in adhesion to the skin. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cosmetic for correcting skin unevennesses includes (a) 20-60 mass% of hydrolyzed collagen powder, (b) 2-20 mass% of a water-soluble polymer, (c) 10-25 mass% of a moisturizer and (d) the balance of water, wherein the (a)/(b) mass ratio is 4-20, and the total content of the components (c) and (d) is 50 mass% or greater.
