PURPOSE: A device for mounting a blocking piece for suppressing the rise of heat insulator for piped water meter protection is provided to mount a blocking piece without separate assembly components by forming plural grooves on a heat insulator which is covered with a synthetic resin enforcement cover. CONSTITUTION: A device for mounting a blocking piece for suppressing the rise of heat insulator for piped water meter protection comprises a piped water meter protecting container(1), a groove(10,10'), a blocking piece(12) and a flexible part(15). A top heat insulator is installed inside the piped water meter protecting container. The top heat insulator is protected by a synthetic resin enforcement cover(9). Flat L-shaped latching pieces(2,2') and flat bent pieces(3,3') are formed on the upper part of the groove. The blocking piece comprises inserting projection parts(13,13') formed on both sides of the line outer circumference. |
