PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent-based releasable self-adhesive composition applied to a surface protection film for an optical member, simultaneously achieving conflicting properties of high speed peelability and wettability, and forming a self-adhesive layer having excellent adhesion strength at low speed peeling, and to provide a releasable self-adhesive product with excellent properties. SOLUTION: The solvent-based releasable self-adhesive composition contains a self-adhesive polymer (A) and a polyisocyanate compound (B). The polyisocyanate compound (B) is a mixture of an aromatic polyisocyanate compound and an aliphatic and/or an alicyclic polyisocyanate compound, a mixing ratio being 10/90 to 90/10 by weight.
