PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision risk determination system for a vehicle and a communication terminal, for accurately determining the degree of collision risk between an own vehicle and an alarm object, such as a pedestrian. SOLUTION: In a pedestrian existence information providing system 1, a pedestrian detection device 3 loaded on the vehicle V is communicatively connected to a pedestrian terminal 2 carried by a pedestrian M existing in the periphery of the vehicle V. The pedestrian existence information providing system determines the degree of collision risk of the vehicle V to the pedestrian M and comprises a registered path existence determination part 16 of the pedestrian terminal 2 which predicts the moving path of the pedestrian M, and an information provision determination part 36 of the pedestrian detection device 3 which determines the degree of collision risk of the vehicles V to the pedestrian M based on the moving path predicted by the registered path existence determination part 16.
