PURPOSE: A composition containing BI-1 protein is provided to enhance activity of cytochrome p450 3A4(CYP3A4). CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for enhancing activity of drug of which efficiency if reduced by activity decline of cytochrome p450 3A4(CYP3A4) contains BI-1 protein as an active ingredient. The drug of which efficiency is reduced by the activity decline of the cytochrome p450 3A4(CYP3A4) is clopidogrel, Irinotecan, Methadone, levo-alphaacetylmethadol, ifosfamide, simvastatin or codeine.
