PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently absorb and mitigate a shock load applied to a rear end of a rear console from an upper side. SOLUTION: A rear console 1 has a box 3 which is installed forward of a vehicle body of a rear seat in a cabin to store small items. A bottom wall 5 and a sidewall 7 of the box 3 are covered by a surface panel 9 form an outer side. An abutting part 15 projected downwardly and abutted on a bracket 45 on the vehicle body side, and a weakened part 25 which is located on the rear side of the vehicle body of the abutting part 15 and breakable by the shock load applied to a rear end of the rear console 1 from the upper side are formed on the bottom wall 5 of the box 3.
