<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium-ion battery capable of achieving high operation voltage and high current density improving safety, battery performance, and handling characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium-ion battery 1 includes a battery element 2a wherein a positive electrode collector layer 21, a positive electrode active material layer 22, a solid electrolyte layer 23, a negative electrode active material layer 24, and a negative electrode collector layer 25 are laminated, an insulating laminated film 3 for housing the battery element 2a at a vacuum-sealed state, and a package 4 for housing n-sets of battery elements 2a vacuum-sealed in the laminated film 3.
